How It Started
A Singapore-based company approached us with an ambitious idea: to create a crypto-powered donation platform that would support real-world causes - from flood relief and hunger aid to healthcare and education.
They had their own token and needed a complete product ecosystem around it - one that would connect donors, volunteers, and recipients in a secure, transparent environment, available on both web and mobile.Our role was to turn this ambitious idea into a seamless cross-platform product - accessible, scalable, and intuitive for all types of users across mobile and web.
Goals & Oblectives
To design a multi-role donation and volunteer platform, powered by the client's native token - combining accessibility, transparency, and trust.
The project aimed to simplify onboarding for non-crypto users, enable wallet-based transactions without external services, and create a unified system for all user types across web and mobile.
Our Focus
Our focus was on turning a complex, blockchain-based ecosystem into a clear and meaningful experience -one that balances purpose, usability, and trust.
We simplified multi-role flows, reduced friction for first-time crypto users, and designed interactions - from donations to token exchanges - to feel seamless, secure, and purposeful.
To achieve this, we began with in-depth research - analyzing both the blockchain product landscape and existing fundraising platforms. This helped us understand key technical patterns, user pain points, and market expectations - from both the Web3 and social impact sides.
We worked closely with stakeholders, mapped real-life use cases, and built the UX system from the ground up - including user journeys, architecture, and interaction logic that served the entire ecosystem.
