How It Started
As part of a broader education reform initiative, we were brought in to design a platform that would modernize the way schools assess student development.
The goal was to go beyond academic grades - and enable teachers to generate structured reports that also reflect students’ extracurricular involvement, leadership, and social skills. By automating manual steps, the platform aimed to save time, reduce inconsistencies, and support more holistic student growth.

The project aimed to simplify and improve how schools document student progress - not just academically, but holistically. Teachers needed a tool to generate structured, insightful reports that reflected each student’s growth across academics, behavior, leadership, and extracurriculars.
At the same time, the system had to reduce reporting time, eliminate redundancy, and ensure the quality of collected data - without relying on ongoing developer support. Flexibility, accuracy, and long-term usability were key.
